At the beginning of July, a thorough audit was carried out, which made it possible to recognize compliance with all official measures to control the COVID-19 pandemic in order to ensure the health of our employees, clients, partners, distributors and their families, and at the same time. sustainable business continuity.
In this context determined by the uncertainty and vagueness resulting from the spread of the coronavirus and the pandemic declaration made by WHO last March, jp.ik, a leader in the sector of technologies applied to Education since 2008, assumed the commitment to prepare the response and contribute actively to minimize the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic.
At the end of January this year, jp.ik started monitoring the evolution of the coronavirus in order to make informed decisions about adopting efficient and effective preventive measures to stop the spread of the coronavirus.
Over the past few months, and based on the evolution of the severity of the risk, jp.ik has adopted the necessary and appropriate preventive measures in order to mitigate the risk of contagion. On the whole of the measures adopted are, for example:
- Providing 25 hand disinfection stations together with the definition of circulation routes and the sanitization of spaces.
- Remote working for all staff members whose functions are likely to be carried out remotely.
- The installation of a gantry and tunnel with a spraying/ disinfection system, to be use for everyone who accesses the facilities.
- The placement of disinfectant mats for shoes and protective acrylics in the areas of service and logistics operations.
- The possibility of conducting serological tests, that is, immunity tests, to all employees, whose adhesion rate was over 90%.
- A return to work manual was also created with measures to be taken by employees before leaving home, on the way to the company, on the company’s premises and on the way home.
In short, the COVID SAFE distinction, which is  verified and pronounced by APCER, is intended to ensure that all interested parties comply with the guidelines of health and labor authorities regarding health and safety in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic.
